Our History
Our factory is specialized in ultra-fine organic pigments. The particle size of our pigment is 800mesh--1000mesh(12um-15um). Normally, the pigment's particle size is from 80mesh-300mesh. If the user use the ultra-fine pigment, they can save the production time and cost, improve the production's quality, use less labors, use the machine more time. For example, for the fibre and film customers, they can produce it without mesh clogging and broken wire. For the water base ink customers, they just need 20minutes dispersion and 1.5 hours grinding to get their production. Because the short production time, the water-base ink is more bright and clean. So we believe that our production can solve the customers' paint point and improve the technological lever of pigment industry.
Our Factory
We have 10 prodution line and 50 employees. The out put is 6000mt/year. We produce the organic pigment red ,organic pigment yellow ,organic pigment blue ,organic pigment orange and organic pigment green. The application are plastic, ink, coating,paint and pigment paste.
